Every successful cogeneration project with K & W Drive Systems begins with competent advice. We analyse customer-specific circumstances and draw up a simple economic feasibility study in advance. After an on-site visit, the customer receives a target price quotation. It is often useful to visit similar installations for reference to get a better idea of ​​the implementation possibilities. On request, we will also assist you with approval procedures.

From planning to commissioning

We design the integration of the cogeneration plant (CHP) according to the individual wishes of the customer and the local circumstances in question, also implementing the design at the customer's request. Subsequent technical commissioning and training of the operating personnel is then carried out either by K & W Drive Systems or by the CHP manufacturer itself. This training and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer maintenance schedules by companies certified by the manufacturer (such as K & W Drive Systems) are prerequisites for all warranty claims against the manufacturer.

Maintenance and Servicing

In the event of an emergency, K & W Drive Systems is available 24/7: our Service Hotline is manned 24 hours / 7 days a week by experienced service technicians who will also arrive on site quickly. To ensure the long service life of the system, our company also performs preventive and scheduled maintenance . Repairs on site or in our workshop minimise downtimes, and we even do general overhauls. Our Spare Parts Department quickly and reliably provides all the required original spare parts.
